Serragli Retreat is a very welcoming studio located in the wonderful neighbourhood of Santo Spirito in Florence. The studio consists of a double bedroom in a small living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, one bathroom, and a WC. You can also find a lovely balcony overlooking an internal courtyard with lots of greenery. The property is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine and everything needed for cooking. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
