Service Charges

No need to worry about splitting the bills! All our tenants are charged a set fee (fair usage policy applies) for each week of their tenancy for services which covers electricity, internet and waste and onsite services. As a special introductory offer, service charges for residents arriving in September 2025 will be charged at zero euro per week.

24/7 Staff and Security

Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out. We also have Security Guards on duty. Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.

Cycle Storage

We have private secure cycle storage areas.

Internet and Wi-Fi

You will have access to our ultra-fast WiFi service throughout the entire building and communal areas.

Laundry

All our apartments and Studios have their own Washing Machine / Dryer which is included in your weekly rent.
