The check in is possible only during Weekdays and Saturday from 9am until 6pm. The deposit is 1 month rent for bookings up to 5 months. From 6 months onwards, the deposit is 2 months' rent. The admin fee depends on the duration of the booking : 1-5 months is 40 percent of 1 month's rent 5-10 months is 60 percent of 1 months rent and staying 10 months or more is 75 percent of 1 months rent.
