Apartment in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from the Cuatro Caminos metro station. Public transportation is very convenient, with easy access to many universities such as UCM, UAM, IE, URJC, etc. For example, there is a direct bus to UCM. Nearby, you'll find a 24-hour Carrefour, KFC, McDonald's, and more. The apartment has two bathrooms in total, with two rooms sharing one bathroom. The furniture is old, but the larger rooms are very spacious, approximately twenty square meters, and receive plenty of sunlight. Each room has its own private key. The living room is bright and spacious, and there is also a balcony where you can hang your laundry. We usually only accept students or young people visiting Madrid for a short stay.
