It won’t take long to get to class when you’re based at 80 Wellesley Street East. Walk to University of Toronto in 19 minutes, and stroll to Ryerson University in 14 minutes; it’s even faster if you go by bike. York University is a 35-minute drive from your home, and there’s indoor and outdoor parking available. Don’t worry if you don’t have a car as there’s a Car 2 Go station right behind the building, so you can rent a vehicle for trips out of town. There’s also a bus stop nearby, and the Wellesley subway is a short walk away.

When you get back home to your spacious one-bedroom apartment, drop your books on the desk and freshen up in your private, modern bathroom. Curl up with your books on your queen-sized bed and get on top of your reading, or take a seat and your desk and start work on your latest assignment.

When you’ve finished studying for the day, fix your favourite food from home in your fully-fitted kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. When you’re ready to eat, take a seat at the breakfast bar, or carry your plate out onto the balcony and admire the view as you eat.

Later, take some clothes down to the onsite laundry and chat to your neighbours as you wait for them to dry, then grab a change of clothes from your closet and head out to meet friends.
