The use of the fully equipped kitchen and living room are shared with the owner. The flat is in an area with great availability of public transport and at 1.5 km to Polo 3 of the University of Porto where the Faculties of Letters, Sciences and Architecture are located, and at 2.5 km to Catholic University. The expenses of light, water, gas and wifi are included, within reasonable use parameters. The flat is only shared with the owner. No animals or visitors are accepted in the flat, even if temporarily. Note: For regulatory reasons I cannot accept any rental request or reservation from anyone without an European Union, UK or Switzerland valid passport or national ID.
