The apartment is very spacious, bright, and centrally located to all kinds of shops. The room is also available for short stays. Weekly cleaning of common areas is required. The bedrooms have air conditioning and heating but the use of the service is not included in rental price and is equal to 30 euros per month. Fixed bills have to be paid monthly and are not fractional.
