This studio is on a ground floor. Windows are new therefore the studio is quiet. It is not allowed to give parties in this property, nor smoking or using drugs. It's possible to have one guest but it's not allowed to overnight. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the tenant being asked to leave the apartment immediately, and both the security deposit and the remaining current month will be withheld. Weekly cleaning and bed linen change is included. The landlady lives in the same building.
