Modern and welcoming apartment for rent in Florence. The property is spread over two levels between the first floor and the ground floor. On the first floor we have the entrance to the house with the kitchen and the living area. Going down the stairs leading to the lower floor, you reach the bedroom and the bathroom. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Internet is €30 per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
