I loved my time at woodhollow. I’m a travel nurse and was only here for a few months but this was hands down my favorite apartment I’ve stayed in. The staff was so helpful, the apartment was clean when I arrived and I felt safe the entire time I was here. If I had any issues they were taken care of that day. I would say what made this apartment complex so great was the staff. I felt a part of a huge family the moment I arrived and was actually sad to leave. If I ever find myself doing another contract in the area this is the place I’ll come to stay again :)

I really do love these apartments. Haven’t had any major issues but they do respond quickly and efficiently whenever something needs to be addressed. Maintenance is quick to complete work/service orders. The ladies in the leasing office are really friendly, understanding and try to help any way they can. Would definitely recommend to any first time leases or traveling workers!

My wife and I have been living here at wood hollow apparments for about a year and half now. We first moved into a 1 bedroom 1 bath on the 3rd floor, and just recently moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 2nd floor. Management was so helpful on getting things transferred to the new apartment. Ana and Randi are really friendly. When we moved into the apartment there were a couple of issues that needed to be checked and changed, the maintenance men are great they changed everything that needed fixing right away. Thank you Leo and Juan for there hard work. 2 weeks in we had a leaky refrigerator and we reported it to management, they ordered a new fridge and the maintenance men installed it quickly in a couple of days. I also like that they come in and do pest control every couple of months and they also change the air-filter at the same time. I truly recommend living in wood hollow apartments. These apartments are dog friendly and they have two small dog parks, they also provide doggy bags for your dog’s business all over the property. They are doing lots of upgrades I can’t wait to see what else they improve to make these apartments better in the near future.

My experience here has been mostly positive. We are new to Waco, and let’s just say Lady Randie and Lady Ana have made my newborn, my wife, my dog, and me feel very welcomed. They are excellent when it comes to answering questions, handling delivered packages, and making sure maintenance requests are completed in a reasonable amount of time. The parking system could be improved, but it’s not inconvenient—mainly just for those who own a motorcycle. And to be honest, there will always be a resident or two who have micro‑aggressions about motorcycles taking up space or simply not liking how they sound. The community is kept clean, and the staff do a great job enforcing respectful rules for everyone living in or visiting the complex. With a few small improvements, this could easily be a 5‑star place to live. Please make this your home—you will feel reassured and at ease.

This complex and the management team here are AMAZING. Rent is affordable, the utilities prices are fair, and the units and property are beautiful. We moved into Woodhollow after a stressful flood at a different (and very bad) complex in Waco, and Randie and Savannah were so kind with helping us get into Woodhollow ASAP. Savannah even put us in a second story unit because she thought it would ease our minds after our first-level unit flooded in our old complex. So right off the bat, our experience was amazing. Our unit is beautiful, totally affordable and looks awesome especially for the price. Everything is nice and clean, and the patios are the perfect size. The 2 pools on the property are perfect and all the courtyards and common areas are always well-maintained with the grass nicely cut and sweet little flowers and plants. Lots of beautiful trees too. Parking is easy, the rent portal is easy, and the office is easy to get in contact with. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance request, Randie personally follows up after with us to make sure it’s been fixed. The whole management team, especially Randie, is proactive, helpful, and professional. I just can’t say enough good things about this complex!! Absolutely love living here! Thankful we found it, and so thankful for Randie for managing this complex and making it feel like home!
