URSA

I would love for my review to change in the coming months. That being said I have to say URSA is often very highly spoken of by many Baylor students. I however have not been impressed by URSA thus far. I think that they are very sneaky in the way they make charges, never ever paying what is expected. I can survive that if the living situation is fantastic, but it’s not as of now. My AC went out and to their credit it was handled quickly, but it went out and got to 80 in the apartment. I love the way that URSA markets itself with having a gated community, absolute scam- that gate hasn’t been closed in years as far as i’ve heard, i get it’s expensive to maintain but then don’t say that you are a gated community? The wifi has gone out twice this semester and now currently since early this morning over 12 hours. I suspect that they are doing a multi day repair while lots of students are gone and then lying and sayings it having issues. Lastly it’s was extremely shady when URSA just tacked on a rental payment report to credit even though i said no on the phone and on the website signing my contract, that’s ridiculous not one person here is pleased with that. For people looking for somewhere to live i would say URSA is pretty solid mostly but shady business, aging buildings, wifi outages (please please be up soon i literally have exams and homework to do and i have no hotspot), broken down appliances, etc. I enjoy living here but i want ursa to take more pride in the product they put out. Wifi is frequently out, so i updated my review. Back again!!! Wifi is out yet again! This is now the third time in only a month. the 5 time over 24 hours since i have lived here. They also refuse to send out a notification like we aren’t gonna notice? It’s really getting old, people have stuff to do a home. Also wanted to add most of the 5 star reviews are from fake google accounts made strictly for the purpose of giving this place a 5 star. Edit 2 Wifi is garbage again. Do not lease here.

We had an amazing, smooth experience throughout the leasing and move-in process. My son loves his new apartment and the community's amenities so much we've already leased for next school year. Highly recommend!
