When I moved in the carpet was dirty so I had it cleaned. I took pictures and reported it on move in report along with numerous items that needed to be addressed. NONE were. Good luck microwaving a cup of coffee in a microwave hung crookedly. I was only person in apartment who travels for work during week and who did not have a washer and dryer yet my water bill was so high. The refrigerator was not turned on when I moved in so alllll the groceries I transferred sat in a hot refrigerator till it cooled down thus were thrown out. I do not recommend based off of my experience. I found that the person who leased me apartment to be dismissive. I was charged to have carpet cleaned on move out so they could take another shot at the permanently stained carpet that I moved into Day 1. Please don't reply that you had carpet cleaned bc I had a pet who was kenneled in my absence and housebroken. Update: 6/1/2026 I just got a call from a collection agency saying they represent Tuscany Ranch for a bill that I paid on May 4, 2026. No one called me to say "we think you owe this amount". Gave him the transaction number and sent him a screen shot of the withdrawal.
