Three 44 Apartments

Management is terrible. The office is never unlocked during the posted hours. The on-site maintenance guy is rude and will steal the time you paid for in the laundry room. I have been asking for a mail key since November (i should have had it when i moved in june) and I still don’t have it come February. I cant pay bills in the mail or get my Christmas cards because i dont have a mail key. It takes weeks to months to get anything done through the office. If you are transferring your lease to a smaller apartment they will do everything they can to slow you down so you pay more rent in the long run. If there’s emergency maintenance or pest control to be done you bet they will show up and bang your door down but they refuse to communicate about literally anything else. Prices are decent but I wouldn’t renew my lease if they cut my rent in half.

I’ve only been in my apartment for a week, but so far I’m loving it! And Molly loves the view and the dog park!
