I had a conversation with the leasing agent and the manager today. They both decided to speak nasty of me because I had a few issues in my unit !! As a manager , it is your duty to insure that all issues /"COMPLAINTS" are properly addressed accordingly !!! It is not for you to tell any tenant that you are doing them a favor "PERIOD" !! She didn't do me a favor , it is "HER JOB " to be productive and act accordingly at the highest level of professionalizm !! It is very tacky to be disrespectful to any tenant!! It is so many tenants that complain about how Sherry talks and acts!! One moment she is nice and one of the best Christians walking the earth , the next , the wolf comes out from her sheep clothing !! If you are going to speak bad of someone you really don't know , start with yourself !! You can't ruin the character of good people !! Do your job as you should and make sure any and all maintenance issues are addressed properly and maybe you won't have to constantly get phone calls to the office and so many work orders that are resolved in the maintenance men don't even show up and when they do show up they come in and have to go do something else and never come back!! Address that !! And watch how you talk to people and lie just to cover the bad things you say !! You got caught up in the lies you and your leasing agent did too !!!

Last week I tested positive for Covid and the manager here still wanted me to go cash my check to bring her a money order. Of course my rent was gone get paid but the fact she didn’t care able my well-being or the others is just beyond me. And she has a very nasty attitude. Other than that, I like my apt and it’s quiet here.

My daughter and her family live here not in section 8... mold in the air conditioner unit which they deny...had an independent test done ✅ they still say no mold... Cancelled our work order and then entered our apartment without consent and accused us of having cats which I had already gave away to family... found an old food bowl and litter box. I'm so glad I have a lawyer on retainer. Please take us to court so we can bring all this out...lies will come to light.

Before I made the decision to contact the management to inquire about leasing, i've talked to quite a few tennants in regards to the management, repairs and the general atmosphere. Everyone I talked to seemed nice and the general consensus was mosly positive. so... I made an appointment to tour a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit that was touted as move in ready. On the outside, the apartments seem very nice. However, the interior was appaulling in regards to the maintanance, general craftsmanship as well as the apartment size, which was tiny for the price. An instance in regards to the craftsmanship, instead of the cheapest hardware you could possibly find for the cabinetry and drawers, they decided to screw pieces of wood to them with deck screws, most of which were loose. Lastly, from what little I spoke to her, the apartment manager seemed nice. However, the hispanic lady I talked to about leasing the unit was extremely demanding, pushy and rude when I voiced my distaste for the unit. It's just my opinion, but I believe that they were super high when they decided to set the prices for the units. Given the state of the units and size. EDIT: evidently The Landing townhomes do not allow users posted pictures to show up. That way you can only see their highly staged photos. Further confirming what trash the inside of the units truly are as well as being able to bring to light how small the liveable space is. .

We moved in about a month ago. The townhouse is nice. The management keep up with any problems we've had with the place (as far as repairs and such). It's quiet. They allow pets (with an additional deposit). I have to say that it is the nicest place I've lived at in year. I Have section 8. It is difficult to find a place willing to accept it. I don't understand why. It's a basic guarantee that they'll get their rent. But people still have a problem with it. The Landing accepts section 8. So that's another plus for them.
