These apartments are the most popular ones among Baylor students. They offer both one and two bedroom apartments. Nice interior and outside view is also good. All bills are covered in the apartment rent and the rent is really reasonable as compared to other nearby apartments. These apartments are furnished. Everything is well taken care of.

I lived here for 2 years and it was great. It was super close to campus so it was very convenient. Management was always nice and attentive. I didn’t have many maintenance issues, but when I did they were resolved same-day every time. In 2 years I only saw 1 roach and 1 spider, which is shockingly good especially for being 1st floor. The community is mostly quiet. The apartments themselves can be a little dated, but they’re clean and very livable. I notice a lot of negative comments about management, which just makes no sense. They’re really nice and always said hi to me when they saw me. And they were always reasonable. If I could tear arbors out of the ground and plop it near my current work, I would!

Good apartment in Baylor University. If you are from the Indian subcontinent, choose this apartment. You will find a great community here

Super outdated and small. Management is terrible and doesn't treat any of the residents with respect. Incredibly strict rules ie. no pet sitting or pet visits. Would not recommend living here.

If we've regretted any decision in the years at Baylor, it was staying at Arbors beyond Baylor's management. Should have moved when Baylor stopped managing the apt. Whether it's pre-covid or during, we haven't had one pleasant exchange with the management, who can only be described as cold and uncaring. If you're looking to have your kids feel cared for, don't choose Arbors. This is from someone who usually rates highly.
