Tanglewood Garden Apartments

If you are disabled and a people person, do not move to tanglewood. New Management don't try to understand your situation that has nothing to do with you, if they say they're not receiving payment after you paid your half and housing pays the rest. The fact that they send me papers they could have sent to housing and so they can handle that.. They sending me eviction notice. maybe she might not like me because I love ppl n that I see my old manger as an uncle and don't like me being all friendly . But greg was the best manger and forever will be even thoughhe retired from Management. But for the new manger At this point I deserve and apology

I know this is cliché but if I could give them negative stars I would, the price is decent, but the management and maintenance is beyond horrible, when they do inspections they leave mud trails everywhere if your not home they go through your food, found coffee grounds everywhere. If your A.C goes out don’t expect it to be fixed for about 6 weeks, and they won’t let you get a window unit. Thermostat does not go under 72 or above 73. They say no pets but half the people have pets. They give special service to people they know. Cops are always there. Fights are always breaking out in the parking lot at night. The property manager tana is always very rude once you move in. Please if you care about privacy, air conditioning in the summer, and respect, don not move here.

Trash they are pick and choose who they wanna apply the lease and house rules to. They are unprofessional. Conflict of interest when it come Down to making descisons the sister is apartment manager and the manager over them is apartment manager sister, so you can forget about it if it’s left up to them to place you in a heaven or hell. Not a safe place anymore just check sovereign management who are over them ratings it speaks volumes. They enter your home unannounced without notifying you. They do not follow fair housing rules and regulations.

Greg runs a good property. Always clean, well maintenanced and better than any of THE OTHERS in the area. They keep the gas system up to standards and operate a safe complex.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PRIVACY or PEACE AND QUIET. The walls are way too thin.You can hear every movement and voice especially if you live downstairs. The property manager Greg is awesome though .
