Whenever something goes wrong in my apartment (garbage disposal not working, microwave out etc.), the maintenance team, specifically Kevin, is always efficient and effective in their work. I affectionately call them my valiant repair men because they are always so helpful and kind!

I’ve lived at The View on 10th for over 2 years, but the current management (The Scion Group) clearly does not value loyal residents. I renewed early at $714, only to later see the same units offered to new tenants for $499. When I asked for a rate adjustment or credit, management refused and instead suggested I refer two new residents for a small discount. This feels unfair and discouraging for long-term tenants. In addition, living conditions have declined. The pool has been closed for a long time, and fire alarms go off frequently, often at night, disrupting sleep and raising safety concerns. As a senior at Baylor, I can no longer recommend this property. Current residents should think carefully before renewing early.

I love waking up at 3 from the fire alarm to admire the green pool! So smart of them to turn it into a pond for all forms of life to live!
