I love these apartments

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had renting. The AC unit has been broken for over a year, the maintenance guys are great and kept recharging it when they could. It’s still broken currently. 82 degrees in here. Literally the only thing worth mentioning that’s good here is the kind, helpful as much as they can, maintenance guys. The pool is constantly over taken by people that don’t live here and teenage parties every weekend. It’s un usable if you have little kids most weekends . Then the neighbor bellow, if you want the neighbor from hell, rent 906. This woman expects you not to even walk in your own house during THE DAY! She will pound on the ceiling, come up, pound on the door, and accost you. Then lets her teen age daughter throw parties all night. loud music, yelling and screaming outside, drinking, and drug use. If you tell management, she says call the after hours security. They never show up. This woman even got the manager to try and tell us to keep it down! It’s the middle of the day!! Quiet time is 9pm- 7am. So prepare to tip toe in your own place that you will be paying at least $1,400 a month for. Management can do better with these situations, this is supposed to be a family friendly complex. Get rid of the trash causing problems. This place is a literal nightmare. We wanted out of here months ago, and they refuse to let you leave unless you pay them thousands. Save yourself the trouble don’t rent here.
