I originally toured Riverfront Lofts just to explore my options since I’ve been more focused on finding a house. Honestly, I didn’t think an apartment would win me over — but Vanessa B completely changed my perspective. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what I was looking. Her professionalism and positive energy made the whole experience lovely! I recommend asking for her

Awful. Beware of poor Management! Like some of the reviews below, we also experienced extremely unprofessional and poor management especially upon move out. A few months before end of lease term, get a call asking if wanted to renew. We said no, moving out at end of lease and no need to. This employee said will make note of that. No one answers the phone, so upon move out date, went down to speak with manager and employee since move out would be on a weekend. Again, notified them we're moving out & asked if anything else was needed. Was told to leave key under the door, apartment clean, and "nothing else is needed." A few weeks after move out, get a call saying we owe 2 months additional rent. No communication of this prior, no communication and poor communication after. Had to make numerous phone calls, voicemails for weeks to try and get answers and would get no response or call back. Completely unprofessional. Ultimately had to go sit in person and they still couldn't help or even try to resolve. Either management is completely incompetent or intentionally ignoring you and charging additional and unwarranted fees. We are having to seek legal advice and considering further legal methods for renumeration. After reading reviews on here apparently this has happened to multiple people. Think hard about the terrible management before considering living here.

My partner and I moved out of this apartment complex on June 30, 2025. While living here, there were ongoing issues with staff turnover, but the most serious problems happened after we moved out. Before turning in our keys, we had the unit professionally cleaned and left it in great condition. After moving out, we reached out multiple times to confirm everything was settled and never received any response. Months later, I was shocked to receive a call from a collections agency claiming we owed an outstanding balance. This was the first time we had heard anything about it. When we contacted the property, it took several attempts to get in touch with someone. We were told they believed we had already been contacted and that they would try to provide proof. They also said the account would be removed from collections. Instead, we were sent an invoice for cleaning charges. After requesting documentation and following up multiple times, we never received a response and the account was never removed from collections. We are now preparing to pursue this matter through small claims court, but wanted to share our experience so others can be aware before choosing to live here.

Please Beware I moved out of this apartment complex on June 30, 2025. When we vacated the unit, it was professionally cleaned and left in great condition. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office after moving out to confirm everything was settled, we received no communication at all. Six Months later, I was shocked to receive a call from a collections agency claiming I owed an unpaid balance. I immediately contacted the property. After several attempts, I finally reached someone who told me they believed I had already been contacted and said they would try to provide proof of prior communication. They also stated they would remove my account from collections that day. Instead, they sent an invoice for cleaning charges. I requested proof of prior contact and documentation to support the charges, but after multiple follow-up emails, I received no response. The account was never removed from collections. I am now preparing to pursue this matter in small claims court, but I wanted to warn anyone considering living here. Be extremely cautious and document everything if you choose to move in.

This review is specifically for Vanessa. From the very beginning, I have been thoroughly impressed by Vanessa’s professionalism and dedication. She consistently follows through on her commitments—when Vanessa states she will take action, it is done promptly and reliably. Her dependability and strong work ethic make her an invaluable asset to the leasing team. The organization should be proud to have her representing them.
