River Oaks Apartments

Great experience living here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the team does a great job fixing issues the first time. I never waited more than 48 hours for a maintenance request to be fulfilled. The front desk staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever needed. It’s clear the staff genuinely care about the residents and keeping the community running smoothly. I rated the residence a 4 because it’s not updated, other than that, everything was great

We love this apartment complex! The staff are very nice from the administration to the maintenance workers. Neighbors are great as well, we do not have any problem with neighbors. The only thing to look out for is that the apartments are a bit worn down. Visitors will have to park far away depending on the building’s location and a few months ago there were a lot of car break ins. I did have to say those cons which make it feel a little bit less safe. Other than that, a generally good apartment complex.

The maintenance team is wonderful, Billy head maintenance man has always gone above and beyond for my husband and I. As well as the front office w ladies making sure my living situation is as comfortable as possible. I love when they do these fun little activities for the community.

We moved here around 3 months ago and we love it! It’s quiet, peaceful and a lot of nature all around. Also maintenance team is so fast! Whenever you call they always come the same or next day. Apartment is very spacious and cozy too. Also gym and swimming pool is additional plus:) Really no complaints at all!

First apartment complex I’ve moved into and hoping to move soon. Many problems with the complex. Some of the outlets don’t work and the ones that do work are installed upside down. The dishwasher doesn’t work the whole bottoms piece is broken and just floods my kitchen when I tried to use it. The tenants aren’t too friendly. Always smells like weed and constant yelling at night. My neighbor woke me up on a Sunday morning and almost kicked my door down because the raccoons got into our trash. My balcony has two wasp nest which I put in a work order for and got an email saying pest control was gonna come out and check it out which never happened. Got my car towed because they changed towing companies. Never got a written warning. And the water gets shut off at least twice a week for repairs. The pool isn’t nice at all. Everytime I’ve tried going the water looks dirty. The one time I did go it looked like there was a party going on with loud music and people smoking weed. The ladies in the front desk are helpful and nice and most work orders are done in a timely matter. Just the tenants living here that ruin the environment and living experience.
