Red Oak Apartments

I love living over there. However I was there for 10 years and the landlord would go up on rent and never gave any upgrades. I still had the same carpet, kitchen cabinets were rotten and I reported to landlord Carrie, she argued with me and told me that the kitchen would never get repaired. I had to buy a stove because the stove that was in that apartment would roll my pots off the eye. Rained under my front door all the time, and even when I the lawn man would mow the grass was in my front inside the front door. Out of the 10 years I’ve been living about 65 percent of time we had no maintenance man, also Carrie would run the maintenance off, is what they would say. My apartment looked nice because I put the amenities in there out my pocket. Every-time i would complain to Carrie it ended up in an argument. She share information about you to new tenants that will move beside me. The tenants would tell me what she says to them. My own opinion, I think she had an alcoholic issue and needed to be treated. I had to argue with her Everytime! I decided that I was not going to deal with it anymore and did not sign my lease. I move out! Also let me tell you all about the cats, that got in my car and ripped up my belts and cause me to get another vehicle to drive. All the manager offered me to help was $25.00. See picture: This place only needs new management, not Jena, I feel she is really a Christian woman. Jena needs to be the manager. . New management will fix the maintenance problem. Out the 10 years I lived there, there were 5 new maintenance men hired in between a two year span. Only one person can work all those apartments. According to the maintenance men, they would say: I cannot work with her, even the one that was there when I left. He felt the manager was not fair to the tenants.
