Needed to move units at the last moment, Katie is terrific, offered an upgrade that was more in my price range! Turnover of paperwork for the move came swiftly with so little time! Community Managers Katie and Chelsea take care of us.

Lived here for a year. The initial management was terrible and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. New management took over and they were extremely helpful and did a lot to engage with the community. Katie was kind and genuinely tried to help me every time we spoke. When I left for a new job she made my move out process smooth and simple. Great unit, plenty of space, close to campus/downtown, nice neighborhood and scenery around the complex. Would recommend to anyone going to Waco, especially if you are working on campus at Baylor.

I have been living here for a year and just renewed and moved into a larger unit. It has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend checking these apartments out if you are on the market. Special shout out to the manager Katie for making it a seamless process!

My husband and I needed somewhere to stay for 9 months after getting married and before a planned move. The rate here was very reasonable for a lease under a year, and we have had an unbelievably amazing experience. We loved the location because it is pretty well removed from central Waco, without being too far. There was little-to-no noise (like classic Waco sirens) that we could hear outside, and we almost never heard our neighbors. My husband and I were continually impressed by the maintenance team. Almost every time we put in a request, it was fixed in the same day, and other times were because a part needed to be ordered. As baby adults, the process of leasing, moving in, living, and moving out has been so simple! The manager Katie is the best there is! She is approachable, kind, easy to work with, and easy to get a hold of! This is a fantastic place to live, and definitely worth a tour!

The entire staff is phenomenal. The property managers are always extremely helpful when unexpected issues arise, and they keep us informed about what’s happening in the building. The maintenance men are simply the best, and the custodians take fantastic care of the building. The staff clearly takes pride in their work, and us residents have a much better home because of them.
