Highland Cove

Very poor maintenance, low quality work. We had mold for months and a proper repair was not done until a mushroom sprouted from the ceiling. To their reply: It was not handled promptly, I have the documentation to prove it. Also, because they know they were in the wrong they have blocked me from leaving reviews on all their social media accounts. Does that sound like someone that did nothing wrong? The property management, Ambo, has also blocked me.

I agree with the Jennifer I'm the previous review. The Towing of Residents is unacceptable ! It is a serious problem. The staff does not address it properly and hundreds of cars have been towed at $350. They refuse the send reminder emails or change the policy because they don't consider it a problem even though it affects many residents. I have paid over $1,000 in tow fees. My apartment leaked through the floor for 5 months. I do not recommend living here!

Just applied and toured here at this apartment. The apartment itself was real nice, and the scenery around the complex was also real nice! Toured this apartment with Tayler. She was very welcoming, answered all the questions I had, and made the process of applying very easy and simple! Tayler is the go to person for anything! I feel comfortable to say I plan on being here long term with the easy process!
