Enclave at the Stadium

I love it here big rooms and space, free cable / wifi ,I feel like I'm in a house, Office staff very nice and respectful very clean place to stay and call home. THANKS MS.D.PORTER

I would not recommend living at Enclave at the Stadium. My experience living here was extremely disappointing and frustrating. One of the biggest issues was a persistent roach problem. In addition, there were serious plumbing issues, including waste water backing up into the bathtub, which was both unsanitary and unacceptable. Another major concern was the condition of the apartment itself. Part of the ceiling fell in, causing water damage and raising concerns about the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property. Situations like this made me question the safety and quality of the living environment. For the amount of rent charged, I expected much better maintenance, quicker resolutions, and a higher standard of living. I strongly recommend finding a different apartment complex.

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived at. It’s disgusting Bugs are everywhere. There’s wasp all over the tops of the buildings. The roaches are a whole other story It’s never clean and from what I hear, they’re dealing with a bedbug infestation in one of their buildings. Maybe you shouldn’t leave your sticky notes with notes about it on the office counter, but anyway save yourself the trouble and don’t fall for the prices. I’m so glad my lease ends this month this has been the worst 12 months I have ever endured. I should’ve listened to all the reviews before signing that lease and I didn’t. save yourself the trouble. And I’m not using my real name because I’ve seen other comments about retaliation. And I was going to wait until I moved out to post this But this place is that horrible I feel like people need to know. The only good thing is probably the maintenance guys they’re super sweet, but other than that this place is horrible. I also think it’s odd that all the good reviews don’t have anybody liking them, but the bad reviews have 5 to 10 people liking so don’t fall for those either. And I’m sure I’m going to get a comment about how we’re under new management and blah blah blah blah yeah that doesn’t do shit. It’s still the same. Disgusting. So glad me and my boyfriend are leaving this dump.

I have waited to post this review until after I’ve lived here a while, and now I’ve lived here going on 15 months so I think I can post an honest review. This is by far the best complex I’ve lived in. Dee, the manager is the kindest soul. She is caring and listens to my needs. All of the staff does. The maintenance men have never failed to fix anything of mine, although I’ve only ever had to get 2 things fixed the entire time I’ve been here, both things were minor. I haven’t had any issues, and if I’ve ever had a problem and have gone to Dee, she’s helped tremendously. This place feels like home, which is exactly what I’ve needed. Thank you Enclave staff!
