I had to wait 3 months too but yeah the kids are bad but the pool is fun its not that bad

I am with the disabled veteren in votes on the management. We waited for mlm three months my husband a veteran also. Salvation Army sent us. We were promised a 1 bd apt. Someone else got it. The mgr processing to be retired military. She then put bbn us in her property on Bosque a joke 700 and we couldn't get lights or water in our name because wrong meter. They then 3 days later sent her flunkies to get a extra 30 on deposit to run mlm the names when I already paid her 50. This is about the size of a cell mind you. She proceeded to cuss my with and they almost came to m.j blow's. She got on mlm Devinnas phone and cussed Dnna out. Kicked her out and had her picked up mlm for criminal m.j trespassing. We have all the paperwork m.j to back our story.

Very nice ,parking lot clean, which tells something about teants caring about how they live & management caring about how the place looks

Management that runs this place in Waco TX is worthless. Will not work with Military Veterans in helping to get them housed. If your a disabled Veteran this place will profile you and lead you on for days then point you elsewhere to live. They should be reported to the State, for discriminating against real Veterans and not lying about it. We sacrifice our life to our Country and only to come back and have to deal with garbage like them, what a disgrace. If your a Veteran or new to Waco and trying to move to a new place , do not waste your time on these people. A zero star rating was not a option or else they would of received it.
