Car Mel Apartments

Lived here over 10 years and any problems I've had are always taken care of and quickly at that. I live in one of the updated apartments and even though I want a house I refuse to move as I enjoy my place so much. Laundry rooms are locked with codes and are electronic now with an app to time your things and I love that! Pools are enjoyable. Visitors have their own parking so they arent taking yours. The manager listens and does care about the property. Its a great place to live.

I moved to Carmel in late June and I love my apartment. The updated floors and the overall layout is very nice. I'm decorating with all modern pieces than what I've had in the past. The apartment manager Ms Amy is very nice to me and helped to make my intake process go very well.

I love these apts! Mail, pool, and laundry are all very close to your apt. Anytime I put in a maintenance request, they came almost immediately and fixed my issue. The apt manager, Amy, I just love her! She’s very sweet and stay on top of the property needs. My neighbors are respectable and pretty much keep to themselves. Rent prices are also very reasonable considering the rest of the communities around.

I have stayed at Carmel multiple different times. Each time has been great any maintenance issues are handled right away and the manager is very helpful! I’ve never met another manager like the one here Amy is amazing and she does whatever she can to help tenants when they need it!

I have lived at the Car Mel Apartments for a couple of years now and can honestly say, I will probably renew my lease again. The staff is attentive , professional, respectful and seem to try to make everyone feel like a priority. I like the floor plan and the ease of getting to restaurants, my job and entertainment. Amy goes out of her way to assist you and I recommend the complex to my friends. 5 stars
