please avoid avoid avoid. living here has been horrible- i am using another email of my relatives since i am afraid of retaliation potentially. management and maintenance have been super shoddy- maintenance has been super lax when my roommate and I have had issues and we can't even break our lease for next year even though it is campus realtor's fault. furthermore, our gate seems to be broken quite a bit but there's been 0 attempt to fix or replace it, resulting in tenants having to walk across La Salle since they can't even leave using their cars. the only reason i could leave was because a fence post was broken, not even because the walking gate was functional. probably most useless management company unfortunately. even though rent is not cheap here, you are getting poor management for moderate rent. i'd rather pay less and get the management here.

RUN, don't walk, AWAY from Campus Realtors. We recently moved out of a unit at Las Casitas after 2 years and they nickel and dimed us for everything when we left that unit in pristine condition. We had it deep cleaned and it was 10 times better than when we received it. They charge $65 for a light bulb....ALL LIGHT BULBS WERE WORKING UPON MOVE-OUT! They charged for paint touch ups and normal wear and tear that the lease specifically stated would NOT come out of the deposit. Do NOT rent with Campus Realtors or Las Casitas in Waco.
