They have been very helpful over the phone, i had so many questions because it’s my first apartment and they answered all of them with a great attitude!

These people are snakes. They have a policy where you have to let them know 3 months before the lease ends that you’re vacating or else they charge you a whole month’s rent upon move out. Mind you, they never mentioned this to us or sent out any kind of reminder. I didn’t even know if I was staying or not at the 90 day mark, yet I was penalized despite that. It’s a shame to leave on this note since we enjoyed our time there, but this really felt like a slimy move on their part- taking advantage of people’s naivety in order to make more profit.

Very efficient staff, both maintenance and office. I moved in during a very busy season of life, and Alli Rockett especially ensured a quick turnaround for move-in.

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Rachel/Raquel and Ally was extremely disappointing. I felt that their behavior was discriminatory and unprofessional. Despite providing pay stubs, they called my workplace to “verify” my income, then falsely claimed I lied about my job and said I worked in public transportation—when I am in fact a licensed attorney. They were openly hostile throughout the process, refused to expedite anything, and it took nearly three weeks just to apply for one unit. Overall, the treatment felt unfair and unnecessary.
