Nice place to live—spacious and clean apartments, good outdoor area, and maintenance requests are handled within a few days. Neighbors are chill too.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Village Green Apartments. The management team is active and always willing to help residents. Overall, I’m very satisfied so far.

I lived at Village Green for 3 years and my husband lived there for 6 years! Village Green has been the backdrop of our relationship; we started dating while he was living there, and his apartment convinced me to rent a unit there, with us eventually moving in together in the 3 bedroom unit. They are very pet friendly-pet deposits did not break the bank like my last apartment did. When our AC broke they got it fixed ASAP. We only moved because our jobs were in Austin and we were tired of the commute. This place is the best deal in San Marcos!

I’ve been at Village Green for almost 4 years and it has been great. The office staff is very easy to talk to and address me by name whenever I’m there. ( I’m not in there a lot so it amazes me they remember me🤣) The maintenance crew are all really nice and knowledgeable. They get to any request in a very timely manner and don’t have to return as the job is done right the 1st time. I highly recommend living here!!! C. Edison

This is the second time I've lived at Village Green. I lived here five years the first time and loved it so much I came back. When I came back they had remodeled the apartments! While they are older, they are well taken care of. The management is amazing. I have been here almost three years this time and it's like I never left. They knew my name from my previous residency here. It's quiet, clean and people are very nice. I tell anyone looking for an affordable apartment to check out Village Green first.
