I would not recommend living at The Village on Telluride in San Marcos. The office is run very inappropriately and unprofessionally. The staff showed little respect when addressing concerns, and communication skills were extremely poor throughout the entire process. When we asked to speak with management regarding ongoing issues, we were told they “don’t have to give us that information,” which was completely unacceptable and frustrating. Residents deserve transparency, professionalism, and basic respect, and unfortunately that was not our experience here at all. If you are considering moving here, be aware that customer service and communication may be a major issue.
