The Thompson

One of my favorite things about living here is the incredible maintenance team! John is genuinely amazing and always gets the job done super quick and efficiently. All of them are just so incredibly kind and respectful. Keep on doing great work y'all!

The Thompson is honestly such a nice apartment complex! It seems like it’s ten times better than most apartment complexes in San Marcos. They have a lot of good events for residents that give us some nice goodies! Really convenient to have the bus be like a minute walk away so easy campus access. Also I love their maintenance staff here, super kind and respond within a day! I would recommend!!

My time at the Thompson has been nothing short of amazing!! The maintenance and office staff are always incredibly responsive and always have issues corrected in 24 hours or less. The apartments are good quality and spacious with amazing amenities like a gorgeous pool area all for a pretty reasonable rent. Shoutout the Thompson staff for killing it!!!!

I love living at the Thompson! I live in a townhome on the second floor and the ceilings are so high and having my own bathroom is so convenient! The amenities are also very nice like our pool area and sand volleyball court!
