Dirty place to live at; maintenance has a pile of not working appliances trashed in the back of the complex, alot of roaches in the units, water bill extremely high $100 average a month for 1bed1bath and 1 person the manager Mary Jane is very rude and un-empathetic also corporate office does not care to return calls from residents with complaints😡

So I’m a old resident that lived here for a year and the management doesn’t handle business professionally especially Mary Jane she is rude and disrespectful and likes to mumble derogatory remarks as you walk out today she called me a dick for asking questions about my security deposit I hope the owners see this and reach out to me because all they have is a email address to address these type of issues I would not move into this place ever until management takes the residents seriously. Update as of 10/22/2025 today I called and called finally I took it upon myself to go to the office to get some resolution to the issues dealing with my deposit and security fee so once again tries to hand me the same check for funds that are lower then what I paid. I asked to see the photos showing that the apartment wasn’t cleaned or anything else and eve that the water bill had been previously paid knowing I have proof of it being paid before leaving Mary Jane got frustrated because she couldn’t produce the proof where I could now she telling me she can’t talk about it right now she’s busy? There’s nobody in the office and the future tenant that was there had left so why couldn’t you have the conversation about the situation then proceeded to tell me they gonna be outta office until November. How does that even work?

The office staff have been very good to me and my mentally challenged daughter. The maintenance people respond quickly, and do a great job. Super community, for sure. I would recommend these apartments to any working person. 👍

Initially, I enjoyed living here, but the process of moving out has been so unhinged I cannot recommend anyone rent here. I'm writing this almost a year after moving out and I have still not received my security deposit back. I understand the middle management of this company is doing their best, but from what I have experienced, I believe the larger holding company to be extremely unethical. If you rent here, you will likely suffer the same injustice I have.

I have been living on the property 6 months and I haven't been happy with how the property has been running. When I moved in the first week of March I had been told that the complex was under new management. They had specified that they were going to get a handful of things fixed in my apartment when I moved in. My concerns have yet to be addressed. I was advised when I was touring the apartment that they would be ordering a new door for the storage on the patio and it would arrive in the week I moved in. 6 months later, the door hasn't come in. My requests about the door have been ignored and my service requests have been marked as complete when nothing has been done about them. I live on the third floor and the apartment maintains a temp of 85 degrees from 3pm to midnight. It doesn't matter what I have my AC set to, it doesn't cool down until after midnight. I have reported this issue many times, put up blackout curtains and window tint and my requests have been marked as complete with nothing done about it. The water is allocated and is between $75 -100 a month. No washer and dryer in unit. I used to live in a 3 bedroom house with 5 or 6 people at a time and had a 90 gallon aquarium that I cleaned and filled weekly and my water bill was never over $20. If you contact the utility company, they say to contact the building manager. The person in the office will explain that the water is allocated and there is nothing that can be done. I won't be renewing.
