This is for the signup experience. Hopefully the rest of the apt experience is good. We signed up for an apt and Margarita G. was very helpful and professional. We looked at another place and the salesperson there was a dud. You had to pull information from her. It was a very mentally painful interaction. Margarita was helpful from the start and we barley had to ask questions since she already brought them up during the tour. She even stayed afterhours to complete the process.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at the Parlor! I’ve already decided to renew my lease with them. They have so many different amenities (24hr gym, pool, printers, and study rooms) and the leasing staff (Tim, Lily, Margarita, and Gabby) have been very helpful anytime I’ve visited the office. I would highly recommend living at the Parlor!

Great experience with the team here. Margarita, Lily, Tim, and Gaby were all incredibly helpful throughout my move-out process. They were professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and straightforward. Moving can be stressful, but they made the process easy and handled everything efficiently. I really appreciate their help and great customer service.
