I honestly don't know where to start. Had an issue with an ex boyfriend last year and Jai and his team were there the whole time to support me as I moved out of my shared unit to a single bedroom unit as quickly as possible. Thank you so much Oasis San Marcos team for all your kindness and understanding.

The Oasis is JUST AS ADVERTISED - An Oasis! They have a very welcoming staff, clean amenities, and just a great community all around. Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing mouse problem in my unit since November, and it still hasn’t been properly resolved. Maintenance has come out multiple times, but the issue keeps coming back. We’ve had to call two or three times just to get basic things like traps or padding, which shouldn’t require repeated requests. It feels like the problem is being temporarily patched instead of actually fixed. Living with a recurring pest issue for months has been stressful and unacceptable. I pay so much for rent just to get an unclean and unkept community, which is highly disappointing and disgusting. MIND YOU, I DON'T EVEN WRITE REVIEW BUT I HAD TO FOR THIS
