First of all the place is very inviting. I love all the amenities you have. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Paige is the person that said I can help you. All my questions were answered. She was very professional. Beautiful place to live.

Even though I haven’t officially leased yet, my experience with the leasing office has been fantastic so far. Evelyn has been absolutely wonderful to work with—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question I had, and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. Thanks to her, I’m genuinely looking forward to the possibility of calling this community home. If the leasing experience is any indication of what living here will be like, it’s already a great start!

I had an excellent experience touring this apartment complex. The leasing staff was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative. The apartments and amenities were clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. Overall, the tour was smooth, stress-free, and left a great first impression. I would definitely recommend touring here if you’re considering a new place to live!!

Wow, the Merriman is absolutely the perfect place to call home. I had the pleasure of going to an event there a few weeks ago and watching how the staff interacted with all of the residents and how the residents interacted with each other was incredible. It is like one huge happy family. There are too many amenities to count, but the swimming pool and the on site convenience store were my favorites. There are so many things to do and the site is just beautiful. I recommend the Merriman to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to live. ♥️

Merriman has one of the best staff teams, especially Evelyn. She is super welcoming, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. From the moment you walk in, she creates a positive and stress-free experience. They also organize events for residents, which makes it easy to socialize, connect with others, and feel part of the community. It’s very calm and quiet here, the sunsets are beautiful, TXST is only about a ten-minute drive, and Sam’s Club and Marshall’s, my favorites, are right around the block. Overall, this is a great place to come home to, and a big part of that is thanks to Evelyn. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly make Merriman feel special.
