Great looking apartments. Apartment management is more than helpful with anything you need! Couldn't choose a better place with better price! Ms. Stephanie is more than willing to do everything in her power to help in any way she can!

Great help and Excellent customer service from Stephanie and all the staff, beautiful fire pit and nice grill area without including the indoor pool is amazing and apartments in excellent state!! First month free. They also help with moving your stuff into the apartment.

Even though the amenities have been out for a year and we didn’t get to see the fire pit or bbq area, having my nephew here has been good we mostly enjoyed how friendly and nice Stephanie has been everyday to us we enjoyed how he felt like it was home away from home everyday but since we were unfamiliar with San Marcos she gave us directions to campus the fastest route there and back. We appreciate her so much! Stephanie if you are reading this you are doing great job and we wish you the best in your future endeavors from the Flores family :)

Review for The Lanes at Oslo – Community ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Living at the Lanes at Oslo has been a very positive experience for me. It is a pleasant and comfortable place to call home, and I have truly enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent—you’re within five minutes of everything you might need. The community itself is quiet at night, and I feel safe here. I especially appreciate the added security with cameras throughout the parking lot. The amenities are well-kept and enjoyable. I use the workout facility regularly, and the pool is always maintained, which makes it a refreshing spot on hot days. The staff as a whole are friendly, pleasant, and eager to help whenever needed. I want to give special recognition to Stephanie, who has been a phenomenal support as property manager. She consistently assists whenever needed and always carries herself with kindness and professionalism. Her polite and pleasant demeanor makes interactions easy and appreciated. Stephanie does a phenomenal job of representing this organization, and I believe that deserves to be recognized. Overall, I highly recommend the Lanes at Oslo to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed community to live in.

Don't move here. The people running this place are incompetent and toxic. They don't care about your privacy as they enter your apartment under the pretense to do a fire extinguisher inspection. You tell them that you don't even have one in your apartment. They enter it anyway, proceed to take off a personal letter that was pinned to the fridge, opened it and put it on the counter. This is the worst experience I ever had. Nothing gets fixed, no one replies to your concerns. And then there's the waste of space in the office. Worst "manager" ever. One video shows a continuing noise disturbance that started on move in and continued well into April. The banging is coming from another tenant throwing a tennis ball against the outside wall. They didn't do anything about this for 6 months. The fire alarms are constantly going off for no reason. There's dog feces everywhere as the "picking up after your pet" is not enforced. You'll occasionally find poop in the staircase too alongside trash, there's always trash in the common areas. The amenities break and don't get fixed. Both pinball machines have not functioned since December. The fountain drinks for residents have not ever worked since I moved in. They don't have mailboxes, i have not received mail since december. "Management" is supposed to let you know if you received mail. I was sent an address change confirmation from USPS in December, wasn't told I got mail. Picked that letter up in April, explaining why I never got mail. I can't believe how incompetent these people are. This place is a joke, don't move here. There are 50x better options for cheaper in San Marcos.
