This is a well-maintained and clean dorm that offers a great social atmosphere, especially with its learning communities and shared amenities like kitchenettes and a sand volleyball court. While it's a bit of a walk to the main campus, it's conveniently located near the rec center and a dining hall, though parking can be a bit challenging.

Our son’s freshman dorm. Pretty new, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Little far to walk to main campus but not bad if you’re young! Close to rec center and dining hall

It's a nice dorm. I stayed in it for a church camp.

This was my dorm gosh, 10 years ago now. I was one of the firsts to live in this dorm when it was first opened. Absolutely loved it! I was a part of the STEM learning community in Falls and made a lot of friends, friendships that lasted after we moved off campus, but today not so much. Falls is coed in that girls and guys are on the same floor, at least for the STEM learning community but it’s only guys or only girls in each dorm suite. The laundry room was clean and there’s a little table in the back and vending machines. When I lived there people would take your clothes out if you weren’t quick to move them. Each floor has a little kitchenette area with a microwave, table and little sitting area. The main floor has a kitchen that I cooked in often and would just take my little tote of dishes with me. A sand volleyball court in the back was such a good time. Also has study rooms. Your ID card is needed to access the door that leads to the rooms, I felt pretty secure here. It’s obviously on the far end of campus so living there means a lot of walking but atleast Harris dining is close and the rec center. I would take the campus loop shuttle route to get to my core classes at first but science classes in Supple were close enough. The rooms are pretty conveniently set up. When you walk in it’s an open area that has cubbies and one sink. One side goes to the shower that has shelves for you and your roommates to put your stuff. The other side has a toilet and a sink. Then there are 2 rooms with 2 roommates in each so a total of 4 people. It honestly felt so open and hardly crowded. This is such a great dorm!

My only complaint is that parking is terrible. Barely enough spaces for the students, let alone visitors. Building was clean and appears to be well maintained.

Very congested with drop off and pickup vehicles. The campus ticket guy will quickly write you a ticket if you leave your car unattended. That's crazy! It costs too much to live in these dorms anyway.
