Riverwalk Apartments

I absolutely love living here. It’s quiet, close to the highway, and the amenities are great. I genuinely feel at peace in my apartment. no one bothers me (which I fully appreciate, lol). I even referred a friend who recently moved in, and he loves it too. McKenzie and Alli have been incredibly helpful, and honestly, I have zero complaints.

Honestly, it's the best place I've ever lived. Customer service is very good from the moment you arrive to rent. They’re transparent about their fees; there are no hidden charges with them. The only problem is that you can't choose the internet company you want; it has to be Spectrum. Maintenance is good and they solve your problems quickly. The pool is always well maintained. The only problem is that the gate rarely works, or they fix it and it breaks down again. Fortunately, the neighbors aren't noisy, there haven't been any thefts so far, and no one wanders around the apartments. The problem is that people don't pick up their pets' poop, even though they’re given bags and trash cans, and unfortunately, the staff can't keep up with picking everything up. They should enforce fines on residents for not picking up poop, because then if you want to sit on your balcony, you have that unpleasant smell. If you want to live here, it's a good place.

So far our stay has been amazing! A few maintenance issues when we first moved in but they did great resolving them. Love love love the amenities and socials they have to offer. So grateful for that coffee bar ! 😭 and the dog park for our fur babies. Nothing but good things to say

My name is Troy and I have been living at Hawthorne now for about 6 months and recently started the process of transferring to a new unit as the person I was living with could no longer afford it. I have been working with McKenzie to get this done from the start and she has been awesome with giving me all the information and things I have needed to do this. She has also been very good with communicating anything that is needed from me as well as fixing things and letting me know about any updates about the process the entire time from new garages being available so I can transfer to one closer to my new unit to when things are ready for me to sign. She has also given me all the options that I could do to get everything done to make it as easy as possible to make the move. Overall this has been a great and stress free experience and has been one of the best handled things I've seen from a office.

Nothing but great things to say about living at Hawthorne :) Only been a few months and I do not miss my old apartment, despite it being in Austin. From the scenery/views, calmness of the property, management and staff instilling a sense of community, and the charm of the complex, I’m glad I chose to call this place home. A big thank you to Tammi in the front office for making the move in process easier and helping us find the perfect apartment!
