Riverstone Apartments

I am a volunteer with LDG. I attended the Galentines event. The children that were present and I made ❤️cards, stamping, with stickers for their family member. It was a great activity, sponsored by Robert Rodriquez, Resident Services Msnager.

I volunteered here as a Mentor Dad at the Dad’Zone Super Bowl event and I had a great time ! The kids were great , I will certainly be back for the next round! Rob the event coordinator is awesome!!!!

I am reviewing based on volunteering in the Dad’Zone event as a mentor dad. It was an awesome time. The whole staff is great here.

I have been living here for a few months! I love this apartment complex! They are always providing fun activities and food for the community! It truly is a blessing and it brings the community together! For an example, we are having a Thanksgiving dinner. They went out of their way to make us a feast! (:

DO NOT TRUST THE 5-STAR REVIEWS. This complex wants to meet quotas and lease as many units as possible without any consideration for the current residents. It has reached the point where people are just parking in the middle of the lanes in the complex. Good luck if you ever have family visiting they will either tow you or ticket you. They ticket residents every morning because there is literally no space for all the residents to park inside. This is our second year here and things have just gone more and more downhill. From the beginning I should’ve seen the read flags. While there are a few standout employees most haven’t lasted longer than a year. The communication is terrible and the parking situation is just straight up ridiculous. Many of these good reviews were incentivized by staff so don’t trust them. Trust me we have already reached out the complex about this and of course have never gotten a response same with trying to call. It’s honestly just defeating and frustrating. I don’t foresee them solving these issues anytime within this year or next. The problem just keeps getting worse because they keep filling these units no matter how many people have concerns.
