Riverbend Lofts

So excited to be moving to Riverbend Apartments! The location is beautiful, next to the river. My apartment is perfect, can’t wait to decorate! And the staff is so friendly. The property manager, Hope, was so welcoming that I signed up the same day. Looking forward to make it my new home.

Riverbend Apartments might be older, but they have been very Tastefully remodeled. The outstanding view of the Guadalupe, All of the amenities are unbelievable I’ve lived at the Landmark. Don’t even let me start with that place. The management here, Jess And everybody else that works here, including maintenance Brian, Are unbelievable people. This is exactly where you want to live. Unlike all the apartment complexes where it’s nothing but concrete and glitz and glitter Riverbend is a community. Do not pass this hidden GEM. I am on the third floor, so the trees block the river. However, I can still see it. I just cannot capture it in pictures. We have walking trails, We have kayaks that are available to use, We have volleyball courts and outdoor fire pits

I love the amenities here including the sprawling river park and gorgeous views that aren’t just looking at more housing but truly a nature park. The staff have always been incredibly accommodating and there’s a great sense of community among the neighbors here. A wonderful pet friendly place to enjoy a big piece of what New Braunfels has to offer in your own backyard. It’s a short walk to the historic Faust Bridge for more sensational views.
