Marvin Javon was super attentive , and detailed oriented that provided me with a smooth transition moving. He not only showed me 1 tour , but he answered all my questions in regards to the community and was very kind to say the least. Thanks Marvin

Today as I was heading to work, I got a call from a tenant here at 1856. He told me that my white car was being towed. I honestly didn't know why. I called management and they told me that since my car was on jackstands, it was towed because it is one of the rules to not be working on your cars on property. I been living here for 3.5 years and have seen people work on their cars. I finally decided to change my brake pads to save money and do it myself. Well it came out more expensive! The apt. manager stated that they sent an email. I told him that I don't read my emails. After I hanged up I checked my email, dated on the 15th, today is the 27th. It did state not to work on your cars on property...but like I mentioned before, I been here for 3.5 years and I honestly did not know the new rules. They could of called me on my phone or send me a text, or leave a note on my door like they sometimes do. If they really cared about their tenants, they could of called me and I would of took my car off the jack stands. I also got to work late. I honestly like this place, but they have changed their management 2 or 3 times and it's hard to keep up with the changes that they bring. I work 40-60 hours a week and I never check my emails. COMMUNICATION is the key to any relationship. Other than that, everything else is great here. Just the $173 dlls that i threw away today for the tow is bugging me.
