Bugs, roaches, spiders everywhere. My room had damages before moving in that I was charged for. Bathroom sinks leak to the bottom showers are dirty. Black mold around the apt. WiFi works inconsistently. Charge you $450 to get your lease taken and for any minor thing. Maintenance team takes WEEEKS to get stuff handled of fixed. Had put in a request and it wasn’t fixed for 2 months moved out and still isn’t fixed. Management team has no remorse I had family members on their death beds and they wouldn’t let me out of the lease even for 2 months. I was charged 3 months rent before I even moved in as well.

Each room in the unit is completely different in terms of fixtures and furniture in them. The maintenance guy is known for hitting on female residents while in their home making ME and others uncomfortable. The office also never answered on multiple occasions that I’ve called about REVIEWING my already submitted maintenance request. It’s been a month and only one lightbulb socket is working (one lightbulb for my entire bathroom). I called again today and AI answered once again not knowing how to help. Therefore, I get to speak about this now. The staff doesn’t care truly. Don’t live here 🫰

When I lived here my apartment was heavily infested with cockroaches to the point where the kitchen was near unusable and my desktop became infested with cockroaches and all thr furniturewas scratched to hell and falling apart. Now a year after I lived out I am just now being told that I have to pay for damages for my apartment by collections. These charges I cannot dispute as it has been nearly a year since I was charged with them, which forces me to pay for damages that came with the apartment. If I could be refunded for all my rent making my time here free I would hardly consider it fair.

Genuinely confused as to how this apartment complex has over 4 stars Ever since moving it there has been problem after problem When first touring we were told utilities was around 60-80$ and that it was by unit After moving in we have paid around 170 a month in utilities, and found out it was not by unit but by building. Not only that but electricity is not through the city (HUGE RED FLAG) 🚩 There has been a leak outside of my building for months (which 109 has known about) and they just recently fixed it even when we told them we thought it was the reason our utilities were so high ( we were offered no compensation) The caulking around the unit is so bad and lets dust and bugs in all the time. We got the unit with many problems and it was obvious they did not clean in between tenants. The expectations were low because it is student living but the state of the front desk is what makes it all worse, getting an answer or fixing a problem is met with attitude by them. I’ve had someone pick up the phone and hang it up immediately . NEVER have I called that office and had a problem solved. On top of that they are increasing their prices, leaving asap DONT SIGN HERE!!!

lived here for a year, water went out complex wide multiple times, very noisy, internet is not reliable nor fast, maintainence team is super slow (probably not even their fault just bad management), predatory advertising and very poor lease management, mold and roach problems (in the walls), front desk staff is condescending. they spend your money on making their own lives better instead of improving the units. they didn't give me a key to my apartment for like a month so I couldn't lock my door, and my bike got stolen the very first day I moved in.
