Management ignores everything wrong. Criminal neighbors (literally). Rampant theft on property and they will ignore it. Windows are sealed shut so if you want to crack a window womp womp, you can’t. Units are also in bad shape and at a $1000 a month price point. You can find better for cheaper. Also pest infestations that they will ignore as well.

Terrible experience. Apartments are horribly kept and $1000 a month. If you want to save money and have property managers that care, go somewhere else. Problems with theft, they won’t solve. Problems with infestations, they ignore. Respect yourself some and don’t live here.

Would not recommend. Way overpriced for what it is. There is nothing to cook with other than a two burner flat top and microwave. Also, there was a bad bug infestation that kept getting worse and worse. Pest control came once, nothing changed. Pest control came again, and still, unchanged. They ended up coming a total of 4-5 times and made no difference. Turns out, their incompetence cost me ALL of my security deposit somehow. It was all obsolved for “pest control” and “cleaning fees” when the apartment was left in clean condition. Not to mention, one of the residents stole a bike of mine and was caught for it. When alerted, the office took swift action to do absolutely nothing. She still currently lives there. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
