Great place to live, well maintained, quiet, safe and affordable

Never in my life have I experienced such un professionalism. Ignore the photos on the website. They’re a lie. This place is a dump. It’s a run down former motel that looks and feels like an Alfred Hitchcock movie. It’s really run down. They combine all the utilities so you have to pay an extra 70 a month for internet. Loud music and drunk people all over the place. I have a difficult time breathing after I cook, because the windows are sealed shut. There’s not even an exhaust in the bathroom, so get ready for black mold.

While the apartments are modest,thus more affordable,the maintenance and office personnel are exceedingly friendly and helpful.the kind of people that you just like to say hello to when you’re passing by.

We recently moved in & we love it here! Adrianna made the process so easy and stress free, love the amenities they have. Maintenance is quick when it comes to order requests, miles got the job done fast! It’s a very relaxing environment and pretty quiet. One of the most affordable places to live in San Marcos!

I have lived here at oaks 35 for exactly one year. I was ready to move out as soon as my year was up until the manager was fired and my neighbors were kicked out as they deserved it. But now we have a new manager Courtney who is whipping these apartments into livable conditions and turning things around. So I will be renewing my lease😊 thank you Courtney for doing your job.
