College Town San Marcos

I am a mom of three sons who have lived in several college apartment complexes over the years. The communication from College Town San Marcos has been far superior to any community my sons have lived in, including those in Austin and College Station. I appreciate receiving their notices, as they allow me to confirm that my son has received and reviewed the information. As a parent, I find it both helpful and reassuring.

I recently toured College Town Apartments and had a really great experience. The tour was smooth, informative, and welcoming from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The apartments were clean, well-maintained, and the layout was spacious and practical. I also liked the overall community vibe and how close everything is to campus and nearby essentials. Touring here definitely made College Town Apartments stand out as a place I could see myself living. Highly recommend scheduling a tour if you’re considering it!

Radison! Gurl if you’re seeing this, I literally love you, the tour was amazing and the smell in this place is amazing. She answered all my questions and I feel comfortable going forward and considering this apartment complex as my living space!! Give her a raise yall!!
