My wife and I found San Marcos highly desirable several years earlier and chose to realize our retirement dreams in Blanco Vista. This beautiful community is perfect for our family and provides wonderful amenities. We love its parks, attractive houses, and beauty of the surrounding countryside. Garrett was essential in helping us realize that dream and proved to be an outstanding real estate mentor, concisely and thoroughly explaining every step. He was professional in manner, quick to respond to every concern, concise in explanations, and repeatedly proved himself to be exceptionally knowledgeable of community and services. Exemplary performance of duties. We love the home’s open floorplan and the large and number of windows providing natural light. The construction manager, Jose is the consummate building professional, always help and responsive and quick to resolve workmanship concerns. His supervision of a difficult skilled contract work force was exemplary. My family is looking forward to enjoying our new home for many years. Well done!

My husband and I signed a contract for our first home together in April 2019 and closed May 2020. Overall we love the lay out and the house, although there could be some changes (size of pantry, kitchen cabinet space, etc). My BIGGEST complaint is the finish details of the home. I had a call from the Project Manager (person above Sales Consultant) a week or so after we closed on the house. He asked if we were pleased and if we had any concerns. I attempted to express my concerns and the response I received was “Yeah that’s part of the process and happens”. This is what I attempted to explain: I am scraping paint off wood floors we paid extra for, scraping paint off cabinets, repainting base boards because the wall paint is on the white base boards, scraping paint off iron ballisters we paid extra for, and so on. Not only was there a lack of care for these details on a home we waited one year for, but then a representative of Castle Rock asks me for my input and it is dismissed.

We are so happy with our Castle Rock home in Blanco Vista. What made the experience great was the help of the sales consultant Larry. Such a nice guy who always answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner EVEN AFTER we closed on our home! Also the construction manager for the job, Jacob, was always helpful and quick quick to respond to any issues or concerns we had. We could not be more content with our purchase!
