Jeannette Sanchez is the new manager here. Jeannette is making a true positive impact with the future residents. She had made the move in process easy as well as understandably.

If I could give all 5 starts to Jeanette Sanchez, who runs the office, I would. She has went above and beyond to help with my maintenance request. She stayed in constant communication and worked with my schedule the best she could. I am very thankful for her!

Just letting yall know the worst place to ever rent and is under new management is Asbury Place Townhomes. I have been here a whole year and not once have they fixed the electrical issue. Not until I complained so much about the AC unit did they finally fix it 8 months into my lease. I only asked once for late fees to ever be waived and they never responded to me. Then when I call no one EVER answers. The number on google ALWAYS changes. The leasing person has let me know that “she does not care” if I renew which okay I’m not now because I’m moving out with out the 60 notice but not once have they contacted me to in those 60 days to renew. Even after I let her know I was planning on renewing and I left a voicemail. Not once did they get back with me. Now she doesn’t want to waive the fees after I legit told her in December what I wanted to do. I’m so over this place yall know the electoral issues I’ve had with this place I can’t even have the oven and dryer on. Or my airfryer or washer on at the same time. Other residents have complained of the communication issue.
