I have called maintenance at least 4 times about the same issue, my AC is leaking and my water bill is much higher than it should be. Everytime they âfixâ it , they just vacuum up the water puddle and say itâs done- then it leaks again about an hour later.

I recently bought my granddaughter a package and had it mailed to the Arba Apartments. All delivery are excepted by the property office. When my granddaughter went to pickup the packages. They stated it had not been received. I have a photo of the delivery. I called them several times and they wonât answer the phone. The property management is unreliable. Also, during finals the WiFi was not working. Tenants had to leave their apartments to study for finals elsewhere. I tried emailing them and they donât even have a valid email address. Incompetent!

Iâve lived here for three years and never had a problem until now. The office staff is always wonderful & maintenance as well, but the new management is awful. They do not communicate efficiently. We have had so many issues in the last few months .

WiFi is literally so horrible, it goes out once a week and as college students it is very unreliable. The WiFi is currently down as I am typing this review and it has been out since Monday. Finals are going on and this is the last thing us college residents need to be worrying over. This WiFi issue has been going on all semester, you would think by now they wouldâve done something.
