Didn’t have enough parking spots for all of their residents which forces you to park on the street and move it every two hours. Also got a visitors pass for my car but it got towed bc they overbooked the visitors section and they refused to pay for towing. Management sucks and does whatever they can to screw you over. It’s fantastic tho location wise literally a five min to the business building and eight min from H-E-B and ten min from the square. Editing bc of response w more detail: I initially wrote this when this happened so idk why this is showing up now, but I was a resident from 2021 to 2023. I don't know if procedure has changed since then but when I lived there you went to the front office and asked for a visitors pass (there were 3 spots available for the whole complex) and they would sign off on it. I put the pass on the dash and parked RIGHT next to the three still filled spots. When I came down to move it it had been towed and I was told it was my fault for not parking in the correct spot when they had given me a pass before the other visitors' time had run out. I still have paperwork for the tickets/the towing truthfully bc it pmo so bad. If you have changed things since then thn I'm glad for current residents bc that sucked. Especially for a broke college student.

I went to see the apartment s at Pointe . They are so luxious and spacious . The whole building smelt fresh and clean. Ivan the manger for the Pointe was so helpful and kind. He really listened to what we were looking for. We felt really good a iut being there and moving into a very safe place. They have done alot of upgrades and it looks great. The furniture is beautiful. He also has persons working with him who are also caring and kind. We met Oliva and Tammy the were very helpful to us complting the application. Apartments are going fast stop in ASAP to get into a place like hone.

I’m saving you the time by saying do not live here. The only good thing about this place is the short walk to campus. Since i’ve moved in here there are always issues. Our washer was broken and it took them a month to replace it. the front stairway entrance door handle is broken and there’s no way to get in. All of the doors are currently broken and unlocked for anyone to just walk in. the elevators are broken and they said it will take about 60 days to fix them. yes i said 60 days. the pool is always closed for some maintenance reason. the dog park is GROSS and my dog won’t even step foot in the park (that says a lot). i know it’s not necessarily up to the people who work here to clean up after people, but it’s getting to a point where it’s a hazard. again, i would recommend finding somewhere else to live.

Yes the ammenities are nice, but they are just a mask over the nightmare that is living here. I have lived here for three years, my first two actually being a decently pleasant experience. The downfall of this complex came with the new management team that started earlier this year. They claim to be picking up after the prior management team, but I have never had as many issues as I do now. Communication is horrible. Bringing up issues to management is useless as they are unprofessional and disrespectful. They will gaslight you no matter what every time. To give you an absurd example, after transfering units I noticed our A/C froze after our first month. When I went to go talk to management about it after making a work order, they told me my A/C froze due to us lowering the temperature to 70° nightly, even though that’s what is recommended by the energy department. Not to mention I have been doing this since my prior unit for two years and had never had an issue. They have overcharged me on rent multiple times and will put random dates on charges in your ledger, so I strongly advise to not have auto-pay. We have issues with package deliveries getting lost, elevators constantly broken, perimeter doors not working properly, etc. Add onto that the ridiculous pricing of this place, it is needless to say it does not live up to the “luxury apartment” life they’re trying to sell you. I can go on about more issues, but please just save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.

This is my first year living here, my decision to move in was because my now roomie told me she had a good experience her fist two years. But since they changed the management everything went downhill. First of all the work orders can take up to four weeks to get completed, even though they require immediate attention. They don’t take accountability and only ask you to wait since they have a “new management”. They apartment is nice from the outside but living here is a mess. It’s not luxury living, it’s just close to campus. The rent is extremely overpriced for all the issues the building in general has!
