Quiet wooded area is perfect for my lifestyle. My bedroom and walk in closet are very spacious. The rest of the apartment is a nice size as well and I like the layout. Always feel safe back in my little corner. Friendly people living here except for a single one next door lol! And their maintenance team is AMAZING. They are on it. Also friendly and professional…never creepy which I appreciate.

Moved in here with my partner as our first apartment and it was almost everything we were looking for. Only thing I wish is that they had washer/dryer in the apartment rather than connections or the shared one in the front but definitely not the worst thing. It was such a homey feeling, cute pool and lots of space for it being a 1bed 1 and 1/2 bath apartment. We had the loft which I highly recommend for those living alone or with their partner. Management was sweet and very helpful, maintenance was also great!

(Excellent management team, Danielle and Michelle ) professional , courteous , meet requests and challenges , residence at any apartment has their challenges, the management team meets them exceedingly well.( tech team , Alfred and Andrew ) excellent team, very professional, very knowledgeable and courteous and quick to respond. To have both of these teams work so well together has made my stay very enjoyable. I feel at home and i've been here for at least fifteen months. Thank you for meeting the challenges.So well and making me feel at home.

I don’t even know where to begin with this complex. When we first applied to live here, we were supposed to be moving into a 2nd floor unit, but after signing the lease we were told the unit had HVAC issues and had no choice to move into a unit we did not want. No kinds of concessions or anything were given, just told “that is the risk while renting an apartment”. Living in this until has been nothing, but miserable. The unit was dirty when we moved in, squished bugs on the ceiling, nails and holes still all over the walls. Dusty floors and gross carpet. So many disgusting roaches all the time. Back in October of last year, water leaked from a unit above ours into the bathroom and maintenance took ALL DAY to fix the issue and said someone would come and finish covering up the ugly whole.. All they did was put sheet rock and to this day, still no one had come to finish the job even though I have brought it to the offices attention again in February when I had water leak ALL OVER MY APARTMENT. The office didn’t want to replace the carpet and again no kind of compensation or concession was given during this time where we couldn’t even stay in our own apartment because the carpet was pulled up for DAYS and we have kids, just told this time around “We do not offer compensation for Maintenace issues as they do happen when living in an apartment” That’s not even all of the issues we have had while living here. I urge you to look elsewhere. The website states “luxury,” but there is nothing luxury about this complex. I’m so happy to finally be moving out of this place next month.
