I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to think twice. I have lived here for several years, and recently my car was broken into in the apartment parking lot. The most recent break-in occurred on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Unfortunately, this was not the first time. This is the second time my vehicle has been broken into while living at this property, which raises serious concerns about resident safety and security. What was even more disappointing was the response from management. When I tried to discuss the situation with Community Manager Danielle Reyes, my concerns were brushed off as if the break-in was no big deal. Instead of showing empathy or a willingness to address resident safety concerns, I felt like I was being dismissed. Ms. Reyes asked me to provide a police report, but there was no indication that any meaningful action would be taken to improve security or help residents feel safer. I specifically asked what providing a police report would actually accomplish or how it would help address the ongoing safety concerns at the property. Rather than receiving a clear answer, I was told again to provide a police report. After having my vehicle broken into for the second time, I was looking for solutions, accountability, or at least a discussion about improving security—not again being told to submit paperwork. I had originally emailed her about my concerns. She replied to my message, and I followed up by responding to her previous email. However, I have not received any response to that follow-up, which adds to the frustration and feeling of being ignored. Based on my experience, I do not feel confident that resident safety concerns are being addressed in a meaningful way, especially given the lack of response and follow-through after repeated incidents. The first time my vehicle was broken into, nothing was done to address the issue—nothing at all. Now that it has happened a second time, it is difficult to have confidence that resident safety is being taken seriously. Despite all of this, I do genuinely like the apartment itself and I like the area. The location and living space have been enjoyable, which makes the lack of security response even more disappointing. Residents deserve to feel heard when serious issues like vehicle break-ins occur. Based on my experience, I do not feel that management has adequately responded to these recurring incidents or demonstrated a commitment to improving security for the people who live here. If safety is important to you, I would carefully consider this before deciding to move here.

Quiet wooded area is perfect for my lifestyle. My bedroom and walk in closet are very spacious. The rest of the apartment is a nice size as well and I like the layout. Always feel safe back in my little corner. Friendly people living here except for a single one next door lol! And their maintenance team is AMAZING. They are on it. Also friendly and professional…never creepy which I appreciate.

We moved in at the end of November and it has been a wonderful experience. It's a comfortable and welcoming place for my family and me. The area is great, the leasing staff are very friendly and helpful for a peaceful stay, and the maintenance team is very kind and efficient, resolving any issues quickly. I'm so happy to be living here.
