Just got a lease renewal for another year. The Manager Norma is very nice, very helpful in all your needs and just Awesome!!! The Maintenance crew always on the ball, and the best I’ve seen! Top notch!! Also, great area that has convenient shopping, restaurants. 👍🏻👍🏻

I've been here for 7 years and I am impressed by the new front office staff. The two new managers come out of their office to introduce themselves. Very professional. Sharon has always been so kind and maintenance has always been quick to fix any issues. I definitely recommend this place.

Willow Bend Apartments has wonderful customer service. The staff are amazing and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every need is met, and they truly make you feel at home. They are welcoming, caring, and genuinely kind, always ready to help with anything big or small. The community feels safe and well maintained, and the location is extremely convenient for meeting local needs, whether it’s shopping, dining, or quick access to nearby services. Overall, it’s a comfortable and friendly place to live. Highly recommend!

I have resided in these apartments for approximately three years, and while my initial experience was satisfactory, I have observed some changes over time. Non-residents have been entering the premises with ice chests, ostensibly for swimming, drinking, and playing loud music, which has resulted in a disturbance of the peace. My teenage daughters, aged 17 and 20, have witnessed unsupervised children swimming without adult supervision, and some pet owners have failed to clean up after their pets while walking them. Additionally, many residents' porches appear unkempt and extremly dirty. Regrettably, I have not seen any security personnel patrolling the area, and I have heard from staff members that vehicle thefts have occurred, leading to the closure of one of the exit doors. Despite the availability of a party room, it is not accessible to residents. One of my neighbors was denied access to the facility for a graduation party, and I attempted to reserve it for a religious event on a Saturday, and I was also denied use. Although our rent continues to increase, we are unable to use all of the amenities provided. The washer and dryer machines within the apartments are not very efficient, necessitating the purchase of my own. To the best of my knowledge, there are no playground. Last but not least, I discovered that the sand in the volleyball area contains glass and pipe in center rendering it unusable. It is not feasible to acquire internet services from your desired provider at this location. The apartment complex only permits the use of Grande Astound, a company widely regarded for its substandard internet services. However, one positive aspect that warrants recognition is the efficiency of the maintenance team. They respond promptly to office calls and address any issues that may arise. In some instances, it may be necessary to leave a message, as direct phone contact may not always be feasible. Pictures below.
